The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) operates the Poison Centre Notification (PCN) Portal in accordance with Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008).

PCN notifications provide harmonised information used for medical emergency response and preventive measures in relation to hazardous chemical mixtures classified under the CLP Regulation.

In Greece, in addition to submission through the ECHA PCN Portal, registration with the Greek Poison Centre remains mandatory as part of the national implementation of poison centre notification requirements.
